Order Processing

All online orders will be processed in the next 2 business days under normal conditions.
In case there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you.

We use any one of the following companies for free shipping of your order depending on the
destination, weight, value and transit time:

1. FedEx Home delivery or FedEx ground
2. UPS ground
3. USPS Priority Mail or regular First Class Mail for small items

The transit time by FedEx or UPS is approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. We will email you the tracking number once we ship and you can track your package at the shipping company's website.

If you enter the shipping address wrong or if the consignee asks FedEx or UPS to deliver
to a different address, the shipping company charges us additional charges. So we will charge the customer $10 or whatever the amount the shipping company charges for address correction or address change.

When we ship by USPS, it normally takes 5-7 working days or more depending on your location. Please note that there is no tracking number if we ship through USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. We will charge extra for express mail shipping depending on the type of express mail service you need.

Commercial appliances and tandoor ovens are shipped as LTL shipments by truck due to their size and weight. The shipping rates also vary by the zip code. So please contact us for a quote on the shipping and handling charges. Additional charges apply for residential delivery, inside delivery and address corrections.

The customer should be aware of the package that is being delivered and should be able to accept the packages - 
Madura Enterprises Inc ( will not be responsible for undelivered packages - customers not accepting the delivery due to various causes. The shipping company delivery person may leave the package at your door step. The customer should be aware of this and pick-up the package. Madura Enterprises Inc ( will not be responsible for any stolen packages left at the door by the shipping company person.

Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping company delays.


We insure all the products we ship against any shipping damages.

Shipping Damages

The customer has full responsibility to open the package within 3 days, after it has been delivered. We suggest you to open the package immediately or as soon as possible and check for any shipping damage. 

Do not accept the package if damaged. If you receive multiple packages and if there is damage to only one package, refuse only the damaged package. Please keep the packages that are not damaged even though all of them are shipped together. 


If no external damage found, immediately open the package and thoroughly inspect the product inside for any shipping damages.  Shipping damages have to be reported to the shipping company and Madura Enterprises Inc ( within 7 days after delivery. Otherwise customer is not eligible to claim shipping damage compensation from the shipping company and the customer is responsible for cost of replacing the part or unit.  Product is insured for shipping damage. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty.   

If there is any shipping damage, the customer has to report us by email to or call us at 469-708-9650. We will send you the instructions on how to return the product by the same shipping company. Customer has to repack the product as it was, or as per the instruction, if any, given for replacement. We will send you the new shipping label, so you can send the product back to us and the replacement product or parts will be sent in 5-8 business days.

Taxes and Tariff

A 8.25% Texas state sales tax will apply for all purchases made by Texas residents.
Michigan sales tax is applicable only to customers who buy within Texas.
There is no tax to other state customers.
Canadian or any other country customers are liable for any duty or custom charges, if applicable.
