Warranty

Warranty applies only to those products that are mentioned.

Warranty covers against any manufacturing defect only. Normal wear and tear due to regular use, damages caused by mishandling and improper operation are not manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.

All warranty claims are covered only by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. Registration of the product with the manufacturer or distributor, within the time period mentioned is mandatory for any warranty claim.

All warranty claims have to be routed through the manufacturer or distributor of the product. We do the warranty service in-lieu of the manufacturer or distributor for certain products after authorization from them. In case, the manufacturer or distributor decides the warranty service can't be done at our facility, then the product has to be sent to the manufacturer or distributor facility for any warranty service. Customer is responsible for the to and fro (2-way) shipping charges of the product.

As of now, we do warranty services only for the following kitchen appliances:

Elgi Ultra wet grinders, Sumeet, MeenuMix, Panasonic and Pigeon mixer-grinders. All other products with warranty have to be sent to the manufacturer or distributor facility for any warranty claim.
