Return Policy

Return Policy

  • Only defective products and unused products are accepted for return. Used products cannot be returned for refunds.
  • For all returns, please obtain an return authorization(RA) number from us.
  • All returns without an return authorization number on the box will be refused.
  • All returns must have an RA number printed on the return shipping box.
  • Please do not write the address or RA number on the outside of the manufacturer box. Please write the addresses or RA numbers on the outer carton box only. Products must be in resalable condition to receive credit.
  • Claims for return should be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returned products must be in original factory condition (unused), with all the packing materials and original boxes (to ensure safety and integrity of the product during transportation), instruction manual, unfilled warranty card and all accessories intact.
  • No refunds on shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of returning the product.
  • All returns should be shipped back to SMS Global Enterprises LLC(110vappliances.com) prepaid by FedEx or UPS insured for the product cost. Customer is responsible for the claims arising from the shipping damage. SMS Global Enterprises LLC (110vappliances.com) will not handle the damage claims for the items shipped by the customer.
  • We donot accept COD shipments on returns.
  • For orders subtotal above $100, all returns are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee and $5.00 + 15% on the products subtotal under $100.00.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing the refunds.
